Grilled Beefsteak with Grilled Vegetables and Sundried Tomato Salsa

Directions

1. Mix the grilled vegetables, sundried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, parsley, basil, and cheese (if desired). Season to taste and set aside.

2. Season beefsteak and place on an oiled grill. Cooked to desired doneness.

3. Garnish each steak with vegetable salsa and serve immediately.
