Kale, Chorizo Sausage and Hearts of Palm Sauté

Directions

1. In a large saucepan sauté the onions in the olive oil for two to three minutes.

2. Add the garlic and chorizo and sauté another two minutes.

3. Add the palm hearts and the kale. Cook for two to three minutes or until the kale has wilted.

4. Season to taste and serve.
