Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Fried Spicy Capers

Directions

1- Heat your grill to medium-high heat.

2- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and then season them with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure both sides of the fillets are coated evenly.

3- Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of the fillets.

4- While the salmon is grilling, heat the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the spicy capers and sauté them for 1-2 minutes until they become crispy. Be careful not to overcook them.

5- During the last minute of grilling, place a few lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet and let them cook briefly to infuse the salmon with lemon flavour.

6- Remove the grilled salmon from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter. Sprinkle the fried spicy capers over the salmon and garnish with fresh parsley.
