1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese with artichokes, spinach, yogurt, parmesan and garlic. Salt and pepper.
2. In another bowl, combine the cheddar with the sundried tomatoes, palm hearts, bacon and green onions.
3. In a serving dish, spread the cream cheese mixture in an even layer. Top the dip with the hearts of palm slices.
4. Serve the dip with raw vegetables and bread.
