1- Rub lime wedge around the outside rim of the glass. Dip moistened rim of the glass in sugar to coat. Set aside.
2- Reserve one slice of mango for garnish.
3- Place the rest of the mangoes in a blender and blitz until you have a smooth puree.
4- Add 2 tbsp of sugar to the blender and blitz until dissolved.
5- Add the rum and lime juice to the blender with the ice cubes. Blitz for 10-20 seconds until the ice cubes have broken down and you have an even, icy texture.
6- Pour into glass and garnish with a slice of mango for garnish
