Baby Corn Elotes

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Drain the baby corns and lightly coat in cornstarch.

3. Drizzle with oil and bake for 20 minutes.

4. After baking, toss the baby corns in a mixture of mayonnaise, tajin, and lime.

5. Plate and top with cheese and parsley.
