1- Add the can of M'Lord Mandarin wedges and the light syrup into a blender.
2- Blend until smooth.
3- Strain the mandarin juice to remove the pulp.
4- Pour the mandarin juice into a champagne glass.
5- Top off with Prosecco and garnish with a mandarin zest twist.
